Share Best Practices with other Professionals:
An observable difference between ordinary performing sales performers and those that achieve higher levels of success is the extent to which sales people share ‘best practices’. Over the next three months find at least four opportunities to meet informally with other sales people. At each meeting identify a topical sales issue and have each person share their experiences and techniques. When you have gained six new, or different, sales techniques from these meetings, you will have significantly increased your level of selling skills.
