Established in 1996, Sellutions
Inc. specializes in recruiting, training and consulting with extensive
experience in Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. We work with
corporate and individual clients across North America in both the
private and public sector.
Diane Johnson, B.A., CMP, RPR
President and Founder of Sellutions Inc.
Diane
Johnson began her career in high tech over 20 years ago. Her
varied career includes business development; recruiting; career transition
counseling; training development and delivery;
consulting; the management of multi-functional
work teams; account management and customer service. Diane has
developed an exceptional background in people and project management. Her
professional style is based on excellent inter-personal communications
and an ability to make the best possible use of her personal network.
In 1996, Diane became an entrepreneur
and established her company, Sellutions Inc, which provides sales
and marketing recruiting, training and consulting. She has
worked with a wide variety of customers who have provided some excellent
testimonials to her expertise and ability to create and deliver high
quality training programs.
Diane has a Bachelor of Arts Degree
from Carleton University. Since 2004, she completed her Canadian Management Professional and her Registered Professional Recruiter certifications
at the Institute of Professional Managers. Diane is listed
in the 2000 edition of International Who’s
Who of Professionals and the winner of the Chamber of Commerce Business
Excellence Award for Customer Service in 2002 and the Chamber’s
Certificate of Appreciation in 2003. She is on the Management and Marketing Advisory Board
of Algonquin College for her 7th year. She is the Founding President of Sales Professionals of Ottawa and is an active member of the Ottawa Chamber
of Commerce and the Ottawa Centre for Research
and Innovation (OCRI).
In the past, she has held positions on the Boards of the Canadian Sales Professionals Association (Chair), Greater Nepean
Chamber of Commerce, the Association for Services Management International and Canadian Telecommunications Consultants Association.

Palmer and Associates, Kingston, Ontario
Palmer and Associates work at both ends of the employment
spectrum. First they assist senior management in client companies
in identifying the requirements and skill sets that are desired for
new hires, and then guide clients and candidates through the selection
process. The other division of the company, as a business partner of
DBM Canada, deals with career transition services and outplacement
counseling. In this role Palmer and Associates is called upon to act
as a career coach through one-on-one consultations, as well as delivering
workshops and seminars.

Salesforce Assessments Ltd provides an on-line assessment tool to help sales managers make even better hiring decisions.
