Sales Management

Sellutions provided a part time sales manager to the sales and marketing team for 2 years in a high tech company. The consultant maintained the updates to the marketing plan, the sales plan (including forecasting), and ongoing coaching to the team. The coaching was done in groups and one-on-one. The consultant played a role in monthly Corporate Management meetings, representing the Sales and Marketing Departments.
