Some Recent Projects include:
Custom Sales Training
- Sellutions developed and delivered several components
of a Professional Sales and Marketing Diploma course for a local
Business College. This course was designed to give the students an
understanding of the sales and marketing fields as well as customer
service excellence using current practices.
- Sellutions completed a custom training program for
30 sales and support staff for a high-tech company at a time when
they were experiencing several corporate and structural changes.
We met their needs in terms of the level of experience and their
scheduling challenges. At the end of the project, a full report of
the evaluation forms and some further recommendations for improvement
were delivered to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
- Sellutions created and implemented a workshop for
a sales team in transition to discover their Critical Success Factors.
This workshop was followed up with a shorter session to evaluate
the commitment of the team to meet their deliverables. An action
plan with responsibilities and due dates guaranteed commitment from
the team players.
Training for New Product Launch
- For a large national telecommunications carrier,
developed a sales course for a new product launch and trained the
trainers, developed the student manuals and sales kits, and acted
as back-up instructor.
